Why I will do a good job
"F.W. Bradbury French Polisher was started in 1980 and before this I worked as a Shop Fitter
and French polisher for 10 years. My hobbies are also craft based including Marquetry, Painting, Enamelling, Mother of Pearl inlaying and Jewellery making.
I have won a prize in the London Parker Harris oil painting competition and 1st prize at the Woodworkers show amongst others.
I have a meticulous eye for detail and will take pride in any work that I do.
It is because I am dedicated to any task that I undertake, you can be rest assured that work will be to a high standard but remain at a competitive price."
What I can achieve
"Through the years I have learnt to use all of the different types of polish, including traditional French polish
and the more modern cellulose lacquer. I can stain wood to taste or to match other wood and I can remove
marks or scratches to restore polished wood so that it looks like new. Minor repairs such as loose joints
or damaged veneer are no problem.
I am also able to customise or build custom furniture (e.g. a fitted wardrobe or cupboard) and can
upholster simple items such as seat cushions or leathers on desks. In any eventuality, I would be happy to arrange this kind of work
for you."
